Delivery Options 

Australia 

Le Dog offers complimentary domestic express delivery for all orders $100 AUD and over. 

A $12.50 AUD delivery fee applies to all domestic orders under $100 AUD, shipped with express delivery. 

Express delivery is 2-3 business days depending on your location. Calculate your domestic delivery times with Australia Post. 

All other orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery. All orders will be processed within 48 hours during business hours (9:00 AM-5:30 PM AEDT) Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working business day. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for delivery. 

International

Le Dog offers complimentary International standard delivery for all orders $200 AUD and over.

International Standard Shipping is available at a $25 AUD flat rate. Delivery on all international orders is 10-14 business days. Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Le Dog is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you have a change of mind or someone has purchased something you are unsure of, we will gladly offer a return under the following conditions:

• The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 
• Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase. 

Sale Items

Le Dog does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. 

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time (please note this can vary greatly between card issuers).
